What Can Members Do?

There are 2 types of members, "Free" and "Paid" members.

Free Membership With a free membership you can participate in leaving posts in our 'Help Support Forum' which is located under the Support menu. You can also leave comments in areas that allow comments from our users such as our 'Latest News Updates' section. Free members can change their sign-in information by clicking on the 'Account Panel' menu item over in the right column. More options are available such as uploading an avatar and adding additional information if you are in the Support Forum.

Paid Membership Depending on what services you are signed up with, paid members may have access to certain sections free members don't. Such sections is the hosting panel. A paid member will be able to access all the areas mentioned above for 'Free Membership'. Also if a user has signed up with a membership of any service, that user will be able to view membership status in the 'Account Panel' section which can be accessed from the menu item on the right column. From this section a user will also be able to renew a membership plan as well as print out invoices of their plan.
